At Herbalean, delivering sustainable products is the starting point. Still not satisfied? Then you can return the products ordered by you up to 60 days after receipt of your order without giving any reason.
In the unlikely event that you wish to make use of this regulation, you must return the products in new condition (If not used) and in their original packaging. For the return request, you can contact us at support@herbalean.co.
To accept the return we need proof of order/payment.
Note: We only accept unused and complete items. Should a product not meet our conditions, we cannot accept the return. The cost of a return is at your own expense. We will then refund the amount due within 14 business days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good condition. Do you still have questions?
