At Herbalean, our commitment to delivering sustainable, high-quality products is at the core of everything we do. Not fully satisfied with your purchase? You can request a refund for your order within 60 days of delivery.

We uphold world-leading quality standards for our products. To keep in compliance with our quality protocols, we cannot allow products to return to our warehouse once they have left. As you can understand, we cannot control what happens to goods once they leave the warehouse. We have set this policy to ensure you are getting the highest possible standards and to safeguard your health and wellbeing.


Policy for Missing or Damaged Product:


If you find any items missing from your order or discover that an item has been damaged upon receipt, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

To expedite the resolution process, we kindly ask you to provide photo or video evidence of the missing or damaged items. Please note that failure to report within this 7-day period or to provide the necessary evidence may impact our ability to assist you and may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Upon receiving your claim and the required evidence, we will conduct a thorough investigation and determine the best course of action. This may include a replacement, refund (store credit), or another solution that aligns with our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Please be aware that this policy does not apply to products that become damaged or go missing after you have accepted delivery. We encourage you to carefully inspect all items upon receipt and to store them properly according to the instructions provided.


Policy for Used products:


We recommend trying our products for at least two months, and we back this with a 60-day happiness guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund for up to two bottles within 60 days of your first purchase. Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used to purchase any of our other supplements.

To request a refund (store credit), please contact us at support@herbalean.co. Refunds will be issued at our discretion, and once approved, the store credit will be applied to your account within 2 days, available for you to use at any time.


Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances, though we may offer an alternative solution:


Allergies to the product or ingredients: It is your responsibility to research the ingredients before purchasing. We encourage you to thoroughly review the ingredient list to ensure it aligns with your needs.



Doctor's advice against using our supplements: Always consult with your healthcare provider before purchasing our products, as we cannot accept this reason for a refund.


Over-ordering: Please double-check your order quantity before finalizing your purchase. We are unable to offer refunds for this reason, though you can contact our support team before fulfillment if changes are needed.


Financial hardship: Ensure that you can afford the product before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for this reason, but you may contact our support team for a discount before making your purchase.


Switching to prescription medication: Please compare our product with any prescription medications before purchasing, as it is not our responsibility to accommodate such changes after delivery.
